These arm warmers are the thing to wear when your ride starts or finishes in 40 degree F weather. They have just the right amount of insulation so they fold nicely into your jersey pocket mid ride. The elbow area is fitted so they aren't too tight, but they don't sag. The wrist end is snug and lays under your glove. My shirt sleeve size is 34" so I have the Large. The top end (on me) goes almost up to my shoulder. The top band has rubbery grip stuff that prevents slippage. The blue color usually matches my kit.
On me:
The grip stuff pulls on the hair on my upper arms but I don't notice it once I get rolling. I work out a bit, so the upper arm area is bit tight, but not like a tourniquet. Stretching out this area by hand seems to help relieve this.
PI items make up almost all my kit. They run a bit small, but they are well made.

I am 5'11" with moderately long arms, and the large was perfect - plenty long and yet still plenty stretchy around the arms - not too tight and not too loose. I've found with arm warmers that it's better to go a tad longer than a tad shorter, as the elastic nature of the warmers will make them crawl down if they are too short. These Zumi's are a slightly more stylish arm warmer than most, with fancy flat black stitching and classy looking logos. They are anatomically shaped micro-fleece, designed to match a typical riding position, with a left and a right warmer. That makes them a little bit of a nuisance to put on, but because I store them inside, it's easy to see the L/R markings.

These are a great product, but as others have noted, the sizing is ridiculously small. I weigh about 200 lbs, ordered the XL, and they're at least a size smaller than I'd like - if there was any larger size I'd definitely exchange them. Otherwise great, I much prefer wearing these with a short sleeve jersey and being able to take them off as the day warms up to riding in a long-sleeve jersey when it's over about 45F.

Great for the fall season. Recently did an 85 mile club ride with these, followed up the next week with the 68 mile Tour of Battenkill course near Saratoga, NY. I have also been using them on my morning commutes from time to time.

I mention these rides because generally they start out in chilly temperatures that gradually turn more moderate, while my body temperature naturally increases from the work I'm putting in; these were very comfortable, kept them on the entire time.

Occasionally they feel a bit too warm if the weather is not as chilly as anticipated, but in these cases they can be pulled off with ease and stored in a jersey pocket.

I use these in weather from high 30s to low 60s and love them for jogs and cycling. Sometimes the thought of the chill from rolling down the first descent of the day will keep me in bed instead of enjoying the outdoors, but these have helped a lot this past winter. They keep heat in, a little wind chill out, and breathe extremely well. I can wear these well into the upper 60s without complaint.

The fit is excellent. They're a little tight at first but with a little practice and technique you can get them in place without much effort and they stay put. The rubber on the outside of the upper arm works well with my jersey to hold everything in place.

careful if you don't have "cyclist" arms (aka skinny and malnourished looking). I'm a big guy and I ordered large thinking I could squeeze into these. That didn't happen without a shoe horn. They are too tight at the bicep and I recommend going one size up if you have decent muscle mass. In general, I'm not really happy with them. They feel like they're cutting off circulation and they are uncomfortable. I realized that buying a long sleeve jersey was a better way to go.

These are actually surprisingly warm for how light they are. Wore these during several races early in the season and got a fair share of cold, cool, wet, damp, and warm days. They have some aspect of water resistance to them and didn't get soggy as easy as my last pair of warmers. They didn't really fall down but that's wearing a tight race cut jersey so that helped to hold them up. Wore them a couple times under a thermal base layer during really cold days and really kept me warm.

The Pearl Izumi arm warmers arrived on time. When I tried them on (size Medium) they were too tight for me to wear comfortably. I am not a big person and I was surprised by how tight they were. I sized them correctly according to the Pearl Izumi web site. Unfortunately I had to return them to .
